Cancellation And Refund Policy –

  1. Chatore restaurants will call to confirm the order you placed. If you accept the call on the order, the order will not be canceled.
  2. You can cancel an order booked within 15 – 20 minutes.
  3. If you cancel the order, you have to pay the cancellation fee which is 30 rupees.
    If the payment is made in online mode, then your amount will be deducted by 30 rupees and the remaining amount will be put in your wallet, you can re-order the wallet amount at any time.
    If your order was cash on delivery, the cancellation fee will be reduced to Rs -30 in your wallet. If you ever order from that account in future, that amount will be recovered from you.
  4. Your refund amount will be displayed in your wallet in 5-6 hours.
